Discomfort:
Drafts and air leakage are the primary causes of building discomfort.
Air leakage is both annoying and expensive. *Bay windows are especially
susceptible to having cold floors.
This floor and bay area will be as warm as toast
on the cold wintry days ahead and save the homeowner money in lower
gas bills as our polyurethane foam has sealed the cold drafts out.
Sealing
this rim joist with our 2 component Polyurethane foam and installing
an insulated ceiling underneath made the floors in this home very warm
and comfortable to walk on.
