Did you know that AIR LEAKAGE causes most of these problems? Building air leakage is “uncontrolled migration of conditioned air through the building envelope”. This is air that you are paying to heat (or cool) and is escaping as a result of pressure differences. These pressures are created by wind, stack effect or mechanical systems.
